THE Adam West from Batman fame - he was on the river bank looking up at the Congress Street bridge. It is under this bridge that 1 million or so bats make their home. He was in Austin for the annual Batfest. It was at least 100 degrees on the bridge - and Adam's arrival was a nice distraction from the heat.
