Circling Red Head

Circling Red Head
Out on Lake Lanier looking for nice lake shots and instead ended up shooting several Turkey Vultures circiling nearby. From the Turkey Vulture Assoc (yes - there is an association) web site: The Turkey Vulture's head, like its namesake, is bald and red. Its plumage is primarily dark brown. In flight, the undersides of the flight feathers appear silver or white.
