Floridian? in Highlands, North Carolina
A very large turtle very far away at a local Lake Ravenel. The signs near the shore warn about Snapping turtles but this one looks more like a Cooter - either River Cooter or Florida Cooter. Florida Cooter would make sense as Highlands is very popular with Floridians.
