Garden Snail in Highlands, North Carolina

Spotted a snail on a bush while doing yard work - great excuse to stop yard work and practice macro shots. Took a while for him/her to get comfortable with the lens and all of the tentacles to come out. The top two are eyes and the bottom two are feelers for taste and smell.
