Once again up early to see the sun rise in the park. This was the last morning, so Cal went to Jenny Lake.
It was still dark when Cal arrived at the Jenny Lake Overlook on the east side of the lake.
There was a bus in the parking lot with a driver, and it was 0600 in the morning. Cal was inquisitive who
would be up so early. He made his way down to the lake's edge and there was a group of 30 people
there. All holding hands and looking across the lake toward the mountains. Then, as he set up,
they began chanting - sounded like a generator had started.
They continued to chant for a period then stopped. There were a few brief speeches about nature and
love. Once the sun had risen they left. An interesting encounter!
Fully bathed in sunlight the last day of vacation begins. Back to the Jenny Lake Lodge for
breakfast and then off to the airport.
